Shipping
All Precision Grain pieces are handcrafted to order. Because of the level of detail and customization involved—especially with inlay boards—production timelines will vary from project to project.
Most custom orders ship within two to four weeks after the design is finalized. The manufacturing time is dependent on the complexity of the piece. Highly customized or intricate designs may require additional time. Production timelines are estimates and not guaranteed delivery dates.
Once your order is complete, shipping time will depend on the carrier, destination, and selected service level.
Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer and are calculated on an order-by-order basis. Pricing is determined by the size, weight, and destination of each piece, as well as current carrier rates.
Because many of our boards are large, heavy, or custom-sized, shipping costs may vary significantly. Final shipping charges will be communicated prior to shipment or included at checkout when applicable.
Handling & Packaging
Every board is carefully packaged to ensure it arrives safely. We take great care in preparing each piece for shipment, but once an order has been handed off to the carrier, Precision Grain Wood Co. is not responsible for delays, loss, or damage caused during transit.
